The Paul M. Lesako Funeral Home was founded by Walter and George Condit who ran a furniture store on Market Street and did undertaking on the side. At that time, most funerals were held in the deceased family's home. Walter, who was George's son opened a Funeral Home at the current location then eventually handed the business over to Paul Lesako who operated it until 1985. At that time, Paul's son, Paul M.
